Open Houses/Tours
We encourage you to visit Great River School to see the building, meet the people involved and see for yourself what a secondary Montessori school is all about.
Open Houses
Attending an Open House is the best way to learn more about GRS. Tours, presentations by faculty and students give prospective students and parents/guardians in depth information about the school. Open Houses will be held as follows:
Tuesday, January 10th, 6:30-8 PM – grades 9 – 12 – information about the high school and IB Program

Tours
While Open Houses are the best way to learn about our school, it is also possible to schedule a tour of the school on a regular school day. A tour of the facility takes about 20 minutes, but do allow plenty of time to ask questions and discuss any issues for your student before you leave. If you would like to sit in on a class, please make that known so we can make appropriate arrangements. We normally schedule tours on Thursdays at 10 am and 1 pm to minimize classroom interruptions but can make other arrangements if necessary.
