What: GRS Graduation

Where: Concordia University, Buetow Music Center Auditorium
300 Hamline Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55104
We have used this venue in the past and it is conveniently close to school, easily accessible by public transit, and can hold about 500 people.
Due to the size of the venue, we can only guarantee up to 5 tickets per graduate (not including the grad). Families can request additional tickets, and we may be able to grant those requests as tickets are available. Fill out this form now to secure your tickets for graduation. If you do not need all 5 tickets, indicate so in this form. You must fill this form out by Friday, May 3rd. We will process requests and let families know how many additional tickets we can assign by Friday, May 10th. Students will receive paper tickets at graduation rehearsal.
Also, we are currently looking into live-streaming the event for anyone who is unable to attend.

Thursday, May 30, 12:00 pm: Rehearsal for Graduation; Concordia University, Buetow Music Center Auditorium, 300 Hamline Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55104. Attendance is mandatory.
Thursday, May 30, 2024, 7 - 10pm: Prom, Station 10 at 754 Randolph Ave, St Paul, MN 55102. Theme: Moonlit Ocean. Any GRS juniors or seniors can attend; each junior and senior is permitted 1 plus one. Tickets during the month of May are $35, but if you buy them the day of prom, they will be $40. If the plus one is from another school they must fill out this form. Scholarships: Need-based scholarships to cover the cost of prom are available. Reach out to Nick Beerman or Matt McElrath if you would like to request a scholarship.Monday, June 3rd to Thursday, June 6th, 2024: Spring Intensives. Seniors who have signed up for Spring Intensives and have not finished please speak with Nick Beermann.
Friday, June 7, 6pm: Commencement, Concordia University, Buetow Music Center Auditorium (directions and a map) (Graduates should arrive no later than 4:30 pm to get their flowers, group picture, and line-up for the processional.) Please see email with further details on arrivals for guests and individual family photos.
Graduation Attire for Graduates - Students will be wearing Navy Blue caps and gowns distributed at the end of Graduation Rehearsal. Be sure to dress for the weather under your gown. Students are able to decorate their caps once received. The ceremony is generally over by 7:45 pm, with light refreshments being served after the ceremony.
