Journeys
Wakan Tipi Cast: Thursday, February 12th at 5 pm and Friday, February 13th at 7:30 pm
Bdote Cast: Thursday, February 12th at 7:30 pm and Friday, February 13th at 5 pm
Journeys is a student-written production exploring the life of immigrant communities in Minnesota. It describes their struggles and the strength they found as a community to overcome them. The play finds the differences and similarities between cultures that form Minnesota's diverse cultural web. Learning about cultural differences can bring students together in a new layer of community.
One. Word. Odyssey.
Troy Cast: Thursday, February 12th at 7:30 pm and Friday, February 13th at 5 pm
Ithaca Cast: Thursday, February 12th at 5 pm and Friday, February 13th at 7:30pm
Odysseus wants to get home to Ithaca after the Trojan war he just won, but the Gods take him on a little sidetrack instead. Students take the classic tale and tell it one word at a time: Gods! Ego! Cyclops! Love! Pigs?
