Our Team
Jeremy Perrin is our new Executive Directorlead Discovery School in Honduras. Previously, he served for many years as Executive Director of the International Spanish Language Academy (ISLA), a Spanish immersion International Baccalaureate school in Edina. He brings deep experience in international education, school governance, and the IB program, along with a strong track record of leading mission-driven schools to fulfill their vision for students and the wider world.
Stacey Kreger is the Director of Administration and has been part of the school community for 11 years. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from UConn. Outside of work, Stacey sings in a community choir (The Northern Lights Chorale) and loves spending time with her golden retriever, Hermione, who also serves as a therapy dog at the school.
Lindsey Hartjes is the Assistant SpEd Director and has been with GRS since 2018. Lindsey previously worked as a special education teacher at Cedar Mountain High School in Morgan, MN. She received a BA in Elementary Education from St. Olaf College and a MS degree in Special Education from Southwest Minnesota State University.
Randi McClure, Adolescent Operations Program Director. Longtime advocate for racial justice and Montessori education. Lives in Frogtown with her spouse and two children. Loves world travel, backpacking and fine dining and thinks GRS's vision of world peace is the most powerful mission a school could have.
Matt joined Great River School in 2012. He has a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in History and French, a Masters in Education, a K-12 Principal’s license, several years experience teaching and training in IB and North American Montessori Teachers Association Adolescent Montessori Certification. He has led adolescent classrooms in the Twin Cities and El Salvador for nearly two decades. Matt has held numerous roles at GRS before becoming the Director of Student Services including college counselor, Dean of Students, lower and upper adolescent guide teaching IB History of the Americas, Theory of Knowledge, Economics and several other social studies electives. He has been coaching teams ranging in ages from 3 - 75 in nine different sports since 2001. Matt has a dry sense of humor and needs to be on a hobby management program because he finds far too many things in life intriguing.
Eileen joined Great River School as the Elementary Program Director in 2024 after over a decade of being a part of the community as a literacy consultant and parent. She holds a Masters of Education, Literacy and Gifted Education certifications and an Association of Montessori Internationale Administrators Certificate from the Southwest Institute for Montessori Studies. She has led classrooms teaching reading, social studies and special education at the elementary and adolescent levels in the Twin Cities, South Korea and El Salvador. Following many years of working directly with children she held various K-12 instructional coaching and administrator roles, including Coordinating K-12 Coordinator of Talent Development and Advanced Academics. Eileen lives in the Como Park neighborhood in Saint Paul with her spouse, 3 children and animals. When not at Great River you can find her outside, running, biking, skiing, camping and adventuring with her family.
Xue Xiong (she/her) is a teacher at heart. She has served as a Multilingual Language Learner (MLL) teacher, a district administrative leading instructional programming and curriculum development, and at the state level supporting identified schools. She believes all students deserve a quality education that is equitable and youth-centered. She is passionate about educational justice, ethnic studies, and community collaboration/organizing. She is a mother of two children and loves to lounge in the sun with a great book.
Brad Wildman brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership to his role as Special Education Systems Manager at Great River School. Since joining GRS in 2009, he has served in multiple capacities, including Special Education Guide, Special Education Coordinator, and as a member of the school board. During his tenure, Brad has played a vital role in developing operational procedures, ensuring state compliance, and supporting students with a wide range of needs. With advanced degrees in Education and Curriculum & Instruction, as well as certifications in Special Education, he is deeply dedicated to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. Outside of his work at Great River School, Brad has over 25 years of experience coaching soccer at the collegiate level. He also has a deep interest in archaeology, having participated in study abroad programs focused on archaeological exploration. In his free time, Brad loves reading and exploring new ideas through books.
