1. Can I report an incident anonymously?
Yes, you can report incidents anonymously. However, providing your contact information may help us follow up and offer necessary support. Anonymous reports may limit the school’s ability to conduct an official Title IX investigation for the incident or provide resources to the involved parties, as it may be difficult to identify the alleged victim or the perpetrator.2. What happens if I report a Title IX violation?
Once a report is filed, the school will investigate the complaint in a timely manner. If a violation is found, appropriate action will be taken, including support for the affected student.3. Can I file a complaint if the incident happened off-campus?
Title IX protections extend to off-campus incidents if they impact your ability to participate in school activities, such as extracurriculars or classes.
